Carter has been standing in the bright lights for 30 years running. Growing up learning piano and voice he found himself headfirst into regional and community theaters alike.  After graduating from the Durham School of the Arts in 2000, he continued to pursue music through computer production. With proficiency in Logic Pro and Ableton, Carter worked with video production teams to multi-track 24bit audio for live concert videos. This work lead to his creation of Creative Precision in 2005. His interest in lighting started in his early years but came to fruition when he moved to the  SF Bay Area. Since then he has been operating lighting for several well-known local venues, music festivals as well as touring with nationally headlining acts.
